Traditional hiring process demands a great deal of commitment. HR is expected to go through maximum number of candidates resumes if not all, and shortlist few that fits the criteria. This is a time consuming activity especially when the candidates applying for a position are high in volume.
There are tools available which assist the HR in identifying potential candidates based on the content of their resumes; however, that can also lead to unsatisfactory outcome.
Jobzbiz solves this problem and streamlines the hiring process with dynamic evaluation defined by the employer. The whole journey is summarized in the figure below:
Evaluation Based Journey
Jobzbiz allows the employers to define questions library which can be used repeatedly to create forms for evaluation of the candidate. There are 3 types of questions defined:
- Multiple Choice
- Description – For detailed responses
- File Based – For project based evaluation
These types can be categorized either (a) for evaluation or (b) data collection.
Following the concept of quiz and exams, the employer can define forms for the same categories. These forms drive the evaluation progress.
Dynamic Configuration
The job ad (jobfest) allows the employer to configure the process according to their organization hiring process. Each jobfest will have a number of steps e.g. one standard flow can be:

The flow above or any other combination can be defined by the employer filtering the successful candidates at each step; ultimately leading to the candidates with highest scores and great fit for the organization.
Job Negotiations
The successful candidates advanced by the employer / HR to shortlist can engage in negotiations about the job offer. Job offer can be communicated to the candidates through the negotiations platform of Jobzbiz. Both parties can engage in discussion over the message board and the candidate can accept or reject the offer presented to him / her. Similarly, the employer has the option to withdraw any offer presented to the candidate.
Talent Gold Mine
During the hiring process there are chances that an employer can come across a good candidate for another position in the organization, who can be considered in future opening. The employer can add this candidate to his / her Talent Gold Mine library with descriptive hierarchy for easier access.
